This is a picture of my great great grandfather, Will Toney.  I've been told that he lived in Hazard, but have yet to find ANY information about him.  I was told that he was born in Oklahoma and moved to Kentucky, where he raised a family.  I would appreciate any more information about him or his family.  Lorrie Ortiz
